Finally

a bit of Islam news I'm actually supposed to know something about.

As you probably know a christian fundamentalist newspaper in norway published pictures of the Prophet. For no other reason than to provoke some mayhem and success it had. Sure we bang our big freedom of speech drum, but we all know what this is. We're taking sides.

We've avoided it for so long but now we have to, and europe follows. Into that american folly we will all go. And both sides are *so* literal.

I find it chilidish most of all, and had it not been for the deaths I would be laughing.

I see now, as both sides grab this fervently, that people have lost. The same way that we've always lost, and will keep losing.

Can we survive this I wonder, but we probably will, suffering will go on unabated, as it always have. All the world is a stage and we're all the fools -doing the producers bidding.
