lies, LIES!

An american journalist in Newsweek will soon publish a book called "Hubris: The Inside Story of Spin, Scandal, and the Selling of the Iraq War".

Though it's nice it's a bit to late to exonrate american journalism, credibility would have been intact if the book came out in 2003. Unfortunately, I am saddened to say that nothing any american journalist says or does now will take away my feeling of being lied to. The Iraq war would never have started without the american press promoting it, and even I knew that the american "evidence" was bullshit before the war started, so I assume that all american journalists also knew. They chose to lie in "the freest country in the world"[misspell intended]. I don't believe in that either anymore, no matter what their constitution says.

Last time I was there, I saw people living in fear of their own government.

Although it is an american publication and I therefore trust it not, it seems accurate enough on a first glance. I will study it further.
