Oh my lord

A survey of american doctors (http://www.physorg.com/news6847.html) indicate the following:
12% of jewish doctors believe in intelligent design
40% of roman catholic doctors believe in intelligent design
54% of protestant doctors believe in intelligent design

17% of jewish doctors believe intelligent design is a legitimate science
49% of roman catholic doctors believe intelligent design is a legitimate science
63% of protestant doctors believe intelligent design is a legitimate science

Needless to say, these people obviously slept through med-school, and I am rather quite happy to say that none of them is *my* doctor.

So ask your doctor if he/she believes in intelligent design or is willing to credit it as science, and if the answer is yes, run. You do not want this person to do anything at all to your body. He/she is obviously a nut.

I am amazed by these numbers, they are insanely high, I've never even met a person who would admit to believe in intelligent design, yet almost half of american doctors do. We've all heard how the american eduction system may not be the best in the world, but these findings are appalling, a disgrace.
