I like that he say not kill, but beat

have locked up a dane for this statement in an email to George Bush.

"Kjære George, når du besøker Danmark om en uke eller så, regner jeg med at du gjerne vil vite at mange dansker er takknemlig for denne sjansen til å forsøke å slå deg i hjel"

In translation it reads

"Dear George, when you´re visiting Denmark in a week or so, I figured you´d like to know that alot of danes are grateful for this chance to make an attempt to beat you to death"

So the question is: Is this merely helpful information, so that mr. bush can beef his security lest any danes should approach and throw his glows to the ground infront of him; or, is it a death threat?

In the danish -it certainly isn´t. In english it is slightly more ambigous.
